There are marks and scratches present to the veneer throughout the unit. A few minor stains and areas of discolouration. A few minor chips and abrasions along edges. Small veneer losses around fittings mostly to the back of the cabinets. Some of the screws in the floating shelves have come loose and may need to be repaired. Signs of wear to some metal fittings. A few of the various metal support pins are missing. The condition of the unit is consistent with its age and previous use. There are no major losses and it is functional as it is.
