Circular mark (approximately 0.5cm diameter) to upper left quadrant - possible restoration, some light creases to raw edge along the lower edge, some scratches to plexiglass (unexamined out of frame).
Professional conservation treatment circa 2005 to "wash" and remount in its original frame with a new acid-free mount and Plexiglas.
