Late 19th century, holding his shield and sword, wearing a breastplate and trampling the dragon, on integral circular plinth, blue crossed swords mark, incised letters.

Sword likely detached and reglued to hand at hilt (only visible under UV light), possible overpainting to dragon at rear behind right leg and small dot on lower left corner of shield (only visible under UV light)
