Mid-19th century, each with a rectangular top on a pierced baluster shaped end support joined by a curved stretcher decorated to the tops with junks and other water craft in gold lacquer and sprays of bamboo to each side.

- wear, rubbing and chips to lacquer consistent with age and use
- separation to inner most joints
- some small cracks to corners of lacquer
- some staining to lacquer
