- cracks to upper right and upper left and around edges of frame, some previously repaired
- wear and losses to gilding, primarily to edges
- surface dirt and dust
- small section of desilvering to lower right quadrant of mirror
- losses to tips of upper left and upper right acanthus leaves above cresting
