In our opinion the diamonds are bright and lively, probably of H to J colour and SI to pique clarity, as gauged and graded within the limitations of the cutting style and the mounting. The mounting displays scratches commensurate with age and wear. Evidence of later repairs.

The brooch is of good workmanship with signs of wear consistent with age and use.

Overall condition is very good considering its period.
