In our opinion, the onyx cabochons have some minor chips and nicks, the enamel has some loss but is intact. The seed pearls are of decorative quailty.

The mounting displays scratches commensurate with age and wear. Some claws may require attention.

The brooch is of good workmanship with signs of wear consistent with age and use, not noticeable when worn.

Overall condition is very good considering its period.
