In our opinion, the lapis lazuli has some abrasions and nicks and chips,

The mounting displays some scratches and scuffs commensurate with age and wear.

The ring is of very good workmanship with signs of wear consistent with age and use, not noticeable when worn.

Overall condition is very good to good.
