Pinhole sized fleck of paint loss to forehead, some other smaller flecks of paint loss to lower left quadrant, mild craquelure to right shoulder, one hairline crack to top of head, canvas has been relined, slight abrasions to lower edge and left edge from frame, slight bulge to upper left corner, no visible signs of repair, examined under UV light.
