A leather hard dispatch case with brass hardware having the gilt monogram of George VI; a red Morocco case with gilt tooling and a ducal coronet and initial N, inscribed 'HERON'S PLUME' by Wells and Lambe (label)

Heron's Plume Box: wear consistent with age and use, loss to leather, cracks on handle, staining to velvet interior.
Case with GVI monogram: catch and lock probably later or replaced, overall wear consistent with age and use.
