Lot 7
Of half bombé design, set to the front with brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 0.30 carats, mounted in 18ct white gold, size M1/2, gross weight approximately 11.5 grams, numbered 3xxxx8, French assay marks, signed Chaumet Paris.
Estimate $2,500 - $3,200
In our opinion, the diamonds are bright and lively, probably of G to H colour and VS/SI clarity, as gauged and graded within the limitations of the cutting style and the mounting. One diamond chipped.
The mounting displays some minor scratches commensurate with age and wear, can be polished easily.
The ring is of very good workmanship with signs of wear consistent with age and use, not noticeable when worn.
Overall condition is very good.
