Rectangular, with a slightly arched top and beaded borders, the oyster white guilloché enamelled field set with an enamelled clock with arabic numerals, above an oval frame surmounted by a ribbon tied laurel wreath; the back with ivorine panels and supported by a scrolled strut; in velvet lined fitted morocco case.

No scratched inventory number. Marked FABERGE once on lower edge with BA for Viktor Aarne, also with maker's mark on strut, and back of timepiece. Box is not a typical Faberge (white hollywood) box, and lining silk likely later.
