Fornasetti Milano, 1993 edition after the original 1950s design
The lacquered wood leaves decorated with a lithographic transfer print of a trompe-l'œil design of various objects in niches ('nicchie'), the reverse plain black, on brass and rubber casters, signed with initials and dated beneath the printed Fornasetti Milano mark lower right
205cm high, 200cm wide (fully extended – each leaf 50cm wide), 3cm deep

A few scattered areas of light discolouration to the decorated surfaces; various surface scuffs and scrapes, mostly to the lower part of the outer leaves and to the reverse; various chips around the edges of the outer leaves.
Structurally sound but two or three of the hinges a little bent.
