The top lined in quarters with gilt-tooled green leather above the frieze of eight drawers, four sliding and four pivoting, raised on group of four turned and reeded supports standing on a platform with a central boss and four outswept feet with foliate knees and scrolling terminals on casters, the border of the top and the drawer fronts inlaid with striped stringing
