Lot 178

Gilding appears to be in good original condition with some wear and tarnishing to areas, each of the nozzles has been drilled presumably for electricity (no longer present) and there are also holes drilled in some of the branches for wires in various places. One branch has a repaired break, one branch appears to have a piece of foliage lacking, some branches slightly loose and have replacement screws to affix them. One side of the base appears to be complete i.e with tiger and goat and putti, where the other side has an element missing and has two associated brass finials to fill in the gaps. The reclining putto on the back has half of his cup missing and the other putto may have held something that is also missing.
