The cabinet is generally in very good condition. To the top, a slight shrinkage gap has opened between the two boards that make up the top, extending almost its full width (and about 2mm at its widest, in the centre), and there a few light scratches and occasional other points of light wear to the varnish. There are slight knocks around the front feet. One of the four removable brass pins that support the adjustable shelf is lacking.
