Of waisted circular form with a pair of scrolling handles, the body chased with a lion and a hound within foliage and flowers

The connection between the body and upper terminal of one handle has previously been repaired or strengthened, with soldering apparent around the terminal and some slight disturbance to the corresponding interior side of the rim.

The is a dent to one side of the body (to a petal of the flower to the left of the lion) and an upward dent to the edge of the underside, causing a compression crease in the side of the foot, together with a few other lighter dents to the underside.

Otherwise in good condition with light wear consistent with age and use.
