The two-day movement with silk suspension, quarter striking on two gongs, the enamelled Roman numeral dial with subsidiary Arabic calendar dial in a glazed bezel within a drum case raised with the pendulum in the form of a figure of Cupid in an ebonised wood Doric portico of four columns, the plinth housing the musical movement visible through a gilt metal-mounted glazed aperture cover

Overall appearance good, some areas of scuffs and scratches to the case
Minor areas of loss to the ebonised finish, most notably to the edges
Small area of repair to the dial door hinge on the drum case
Movement: Not recently serviced or timed. Left click spring broken, right click spring winds; likely will require a full service.
