The pearl pendant is in excellent condition at the time of appraisal.
The pearl is brownish black with smooth skin and very good lustre. The skin is smooth, the pearl surface has very few markings and is in excellent condition. Some pits and marks are to be expected on an organic pearl.
The pearl is secure to the claw setting, the claws are straight and the diamond is secure in the setting.
The diamonds are devoid of chips and abrasions.
The bale is in excellent condition with high polish and the three diamonds are secure in the settings. The diamonds are devoid of chips and abrasions.
The cap on the pearl is set with micro pavé-set diamonds, that appear to be devoid of chips and abrasions through a jeweller's loupe. The micro-claws are straight and secure holding the diamonds.
The chain is in good condition with no evidence of damage or repairs and the clasp is tight and secure.
