1920s

The full-height central mirror with arched top within a black and red-lacquered frame elaborately decorated with a painted figure of a lady at each upper corner above caned shelves and a pair of carved and gilt wood grotesque masks, the lower part of each side with a pair of brass hooks above a stick and umbrella stand flanking the bow-front jardinière to the base
246cm high, 136cm wide, 32cm deep

Overall appearance and condition good
Scuffs, scratches, losses and wear visible in places, most notably to outer edges, lower body and bottom edges
Small cracks and repairs visible to grotesque masks
One section of repair to left-hand shelf
Light spotting and signs of aging to the mirrored plate
