Ring in very good condition. Small chips observed (using 10x loupe) along some facet edges. Sapphire measures approximately 9.50 x 12.00mm. The halo of round brilliant cut diamonds approximately F-G in colour & VS-SI in clarity.
The setting was originally a pendant with the visible diamond set bale under the gallery.
The band shows markings from wear commensurate with age.
The setting is slightly loose on the shank. The shank is straight and in good robust condition.
The sapphire is a natural sapphire containing inclusions consistent with corundum variety sapphire. Te sapphire is secure in the double claw settings.
The diamonds are devoid of chips and abrasions and are secure in the settings.
