The cabochon opal is in excellent condition with even bright play of colour across the smooth surface. The opal is secure in the setting.
The diamonds are in good condition showing minor abrasions commensurate with wear.
The ribbon detail are claws that curve as originally designed with the diamonds secure in the settings.
The grain-set claws are in good condition and the diamonds are secure.
The foliate detail has good relief and good polish showing some markings from wear, commensurate with age.
The band is secure to the setting with light markings of wear.
