According the the owner, this timepiece features a remarkable provenance originating from the inner sanctum of the Presley family. It was originally commissioned and gifted by Priscilla Presley to Elvis Presley during her pregnancy with their daughter, Lisa Marie, marking one of the most intimate and celebrated periods of the couple's life.
The watch was later acquired directly through the late Joseph "Joe" Esposito, Elvis Presley's road manager who spent 17 years as the King's right-hand man and foreman of the "Memphis Mafia".
During the mid-2000s, Esposito served as the executive director for Bravehearts, a Beverly Hills-based non-profit organisation founded by the current owner's mother. The charity was dedicated to rehabilitating disadvantaged youth and juvenile detainees, notably providing gang tattoo removal to offer these young individuals a clean slate in life. The current owner received the watch as a 16th birthday gift from his mother, who had acquired it through her close working connection to Joe Esposito in the years 1993-94 whilst living in Los Angeles, California.
