"The rockhole in the middle is Aloysius. This is the place I was born. My mother used to look after me in this place. We travelled around in the bush from rockhole to rockhole collecting bush foods, you can see the travelling lines in my painting. All these rockholes are in my country, Pukara, Anamarapiti, Paiki, Punuwara, Wangutjiri, Witapi, and Atjan. When I was big my mother and I travelled to Mapati and on to WalaWala. That's a rockhole Wala Wala. The circles in my painting are the rockholes and the lines are the travelling tracks. Ngayuku ngura (my country, my home)."
As stated on the Irrunytju Arts certificate of authenticity
