Of break-front rectangular outline with chamfered front corners, the thick grey-veined red marble top above three frieze drawers and two full-width drawers, on outswept feet with foliate gilt bronze sabots, the wide drawer fronts and the sides inlaid with architectural and figure scenes in various woods and incised bone, otherwise inlaid with various borders and foliate designs
