Absence of reference to the condition of a lot (including in catalogue photos) does not imply it is free of faults. Interested parties are urged to view lots before bidding to satisfy themselves as to the condition of the lot.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COLLECTION OF PURCHASED LOTS
As all lots in this auction are located on the second and third floors of a building with no goods lift (only a small passenger lift), removal of lots will require these to be carried down staircases.
Purchasers of furniture, art works, and other larger objects must ensure that carriers they engage are well aware of these conditions and provide a sufficient number of capable, experienced staff to handle their lot(s) accordingly.
Leonard Joel staff will not be available to assist in carrying purchased lots.
