MING DYNASTY, 15TH CENTURY
The shallow dish with an everted lobed rim reflecting the shape of the chrysanthemum petals forming the cavetto, the exterior of conforming floral shape, resting on a circular recessed base. It's with an old Japanese wooden box.
An almost identical one, sold at Christie's London, 13/05/2011, lot 1302.

Overall in good condition, a few natural old cracks which are consistent with age and use.
