A COLLECTION OF ENGLISH CERAMICS
18th century and later




The Staffordshire slop bowl decorated with on-glaze enamels in the famille rose palette. The flowers are outlined in manganese and filled enamels in deep rose, blue, green and yellow.
The toy teapot and sugar box with covers with a yellow glaze imitating cream-ware decorated on each piece with a band of red flowers and green leaves.
The small salt-glazed kettle with a high strap handle and a high spout, moulded with raised flowers and vines.
The small (toy) plate with an indented edge with a moulded dot and diaper border between six scroll cartouches.
Together with a cream-ware double walled beaker, the outer wall pierced, painted in iron-red and green and with a iron red and cream pattern work around the top and base of the piercing.






The bowl 7cm high, 16.5cm diameter

Repair to the bowl.

Chips to Staffordshire teapot sprout. Repairs to finial of teapot, as well as finial, lid and rim of the sugar pot. Hairlines to the rim of the sugar pot.

Crazing and small chips to rim, side and base of the beaker.

Minor wear to paintwork.
