The central medallion painted with a landscape by Zacariah Boreman within an on-glaze ‘Smiths' blue gilded border, within a further border with six reserves painted with roses by William Billingsley, the border ground decorated in under-glaze blue and richly jewelled in white enamel and gilded by Thomas Soar, Puce Derby factory mark, ‘1' for Thomas Soar and ‘7' for William Billingsley, circa 1775
